Sheneshia Fitts

Sheneshia isfrom the quaint town of Kingstree, South Carolina. After residing in the Raleigh area for some years, she now lives in Charlotte where she enjoys the hustle and bustle of city life. She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law, and she is a proud alma mater. Before she attended law school, Sheneshia served in the United States Navy, where she was a Hospital Corpsman. During that time she received designations for Surface Warfare and Air Warfare. She is proud to have served her country for five years.

When it comes to family law, Sheneshia feels like it chose her. Through referrals and previous clients, Sheneshia's clear passion for family law speaks for itself. Sheneshia states, "There is something so rewarding about helping a client navigate through their case. Whether it's Child Custody, Divorce, Equitable Distribution, or other family matters, the client is never the same as when they came in on day one. From the very first initial consultation, I'm asking clients to trust me with a part of their life that is sometimes traumatic, and often emotional. When a client trusts me with their case, it is truly an honor. To see my client on the other side of their case with their desired outcome is the best part of my job- knowing I made a positive impact. At this point, the emotional impact has decreased, and the realization of their own strength and resilience has increased. I am grateful that clients have allowed me to help them navigate the legal aspects of that."

In her free time, Sheneshia enjoys spending time with her sons, Christian and Carter. She enjoys watching them play basketball or beating them in a game of Phase 10. When she is not spending time with her family, you can find her hiking in nature or enjoying the latest new films.
